From the date your order is delivered, you have 7 days to initiate a return. Damaged or defective product? No return needed — just send a photo and we refund you immediately.

Our team reviews your request within 2 hours and confirms eligibility. For damaged/defective items, approval is near-instant.

We'll arrange a free pickup via Shiprocket. For damage claims, no return may be required at all.

Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the product. COD refunds go to your bank account.

  • Sealed, unopened product in original packaging
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product not matching description on site

Not Eligible

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or makeup products (hygiene policy)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal broken by customer
  • Fragrance products once opened (unless defective)
  • Gift sets partially opened
